Be sure to check out the October 2011 trip to Bonaire. I spent 10 days in Bonaire in 2007 and I am excited to be going back with DiVentures. Bonaire is a laid back island with incredible food choices. Of all the places I have been, Bonaire offers diving for everyone. Easy access to the healthy reef right off shore is home to a huge spectrum of Caribbean sea life. All dive sites are available via, Shore, Boat or, as Bonaire is often called, the "drive and dive" vacation. It is common for your resort package to include a vehicle. This opens the whole Island for your enjoyment.
If interested be sure to see the DiVentures Package and contact them to secure your reservation. To see some of the underwater sites, look at my Bonaire Gallery.

There are many people that helped me get ready for the Romania Trip. A lot of hours were spent trying to prepare both the set of photographs and the set of tiled prints. One group I owe a HUGE thanks to is both Josh Trout and Don Dolan from WOW Graphics and Specialty Finishing 402-996-2156. They both really made a big commitment to get my materials ordered and printed in time. Josh made sure that all the tiles were packed and protected well enough for safe arrival in Romania. We looked for a light weight solution for the airlines and they came through... All though, I still pushed the limits and brought ten prints, so the airline still dinged me for extra. No worries, the presenation was great and worth the investment. These Thank you's are very late, but not forgotten. My apologies for waiting so long, but Thanks!! |
| One comical note to made was, the family that I stayed with while in Iasi also helped with the assembly. During the late hours of mounting, my friend asked about what materials the boards were printed on. After explaining the material, he states.. "Yes, we have here". He goes into his workshop and brings out a sample of the exact same material and continues to explain that it is very popular to use on the exterior of buildings in Europe. IT is a small world. |
