Bonaire, the Dutch Caribbean
Bonaire is a laid back island with incredible food choices. Of all the places I have been, Bonaire offers diving for everyone. Easy access to the healthy reef right off shore is home to a huge spectrum of Caribbean sea life. All dive sites are available via, Shore, Boat or, as Bonaire is often called, the "drive and dive" vacation. It is common for your resort package to include a vehicle. This opens the whole Island for your enjoyment.

April 15th - May 2nd
Soccorro Islands
The first segment of the trip, April 15th to April 24th. Arrive in and out of Cabo San Lucas. On board with us during the travels in the Revillaggigedo Islands was Dr. Alex Antoniou. Dr. Antoniou's purpose for this trip was to study Hammerhead sharks. Barton Vision's purpose will be to photograph any and all activity. The second segment Barton Visions we traveled to La Paz and then to La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico for a spearfishing excursion.

First European Show for Barton Visions
Patrick Barton has been invited to exhibit with two separate venues this summer in the town of Iaşi, Romania. ("Iasi" is pronounced "Yash")
This is an exciting opportunity for Patrick and his work. Both exhibits start in August. One will be held in the Casi Cartii (House of Books) and the other with be hosted by House of Culture Michael Ursachi a Iasi Photographer's Club. The latter will be the longer of the two venues and will be solely the underwater photography, while the pieces displayed with the Casi Cartii will be a variety of travel photography and his contemporary designs influenced by his photography.
